I Build Systems,
Not Just Campaigns
I'm a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience driving brand growth across Singapore, Myanmar, and USA markets. With a background spanning IT security, business management, and communications, I bring a uniquely analytical lens to marketing.
My philosophy: advertising spend is a lever, not a strategy. At Ivy Education Group, I transformed a dependency on paid ads into a content-led engine — cutting spend by 63% while growing revenue by 50%.
I specialize in building remote-first marketing infrastructures, cross-functional team leadership, and data-driven campaign optimization using the modern digital stack.

How I Think & Build
Not just bullet points — here is the reality behind the metrics. Real challenges, strategic adjustments, and hands-on execution.
Stabilizing Lead Gen & Building a Content Engine
Turning marketing into a predictable system
When I joined, marketing was working, but not in a consistent or structured way. Enquiries depended too much on short-term pushes. So I adjusted the strategy based on reality — team size, budget, and timeline. I leaned more into paid ads to stabilize incoming leads, while still building content gradually. Over time, enquiries became more predictable, and we were able to support opening more tour packages instead of reacting month to month.
Fixing what’s behind the ads (website issue)
Running ads wasn’t the only problem — the website itself wasn’t helping conversions. SEO wasn’t set up properly, and the user journey was unclear. Instead of just pushing more traffic, I highlighted these gaps and pushed for improvements in structure, content, and user flow. I also brought in AEO and GEO thinking early. Now the team is working on it with a clearer direction, not just surface-level fixes.
Building a content + UGC engine
We had real customers and experiences, but none of it was being used properly for marketing. I introduced a simple process to collect user-generated content after tours and made sure we don’t lose those opportunities. Now we’re slowly building a content base that feels real, not forced — which helps both ads and organic content.

From Paid-Ad Dependency to a Content-Led Growth Engine
Reducing cost while scaling results
The company was spending heavily on ads but not getting the best return. I worked on optimizing campaigns and reallocating budget more strategically. Over time, we reduced ad costs significantly while still increasing revenue — which showed that performance is not just about spending more.
Moving from ads to content-led growth
The strategy relied too much on paid ads. I shifted part of the focus toward content-driven marketing so we’re not always paying for attention. This helped increase organic traffic and made the overall marketing more sustainable.
Managing team and direction
Managing a team of 9 people, one challenge was keeping everyone aligned. I focused on clearer planning, communication, and direction — making sure design, content, and marketing are working toward the same goal. This improved execution speed and reduced confusion.
Maximizing Channels Within a Rigid System
Growing within a rigid system
CET was very email-focused, and expanding into other channels wasn’t easy due to internal structure. So instead of waiting for full approval, I improved what was already there — email campaigns — making them more engaging and targeted. At the same time, I quietly started social content on my own (design + copy + posting) to show results instead of just suggesting ideas.
Increasing engagement in B2B email
Email campaigns were being sent regularly, but not optimized. I focused on improving how messages are written and structured — making them more relevant to the audience instead of generic. That helped improve interaction rates and made email a stronger channel, not just a routine task.
Shifting mindset beyond one channel
I proposed expanding into social media and YouTube to reduce dependency on email. Even though it wasn’t fully executed, it helped introduce a more long-term, multi-channel mindset within the team.

Driving App Growth & Offline Brand Presence
Driving app growth from scratch
Wepozt needed user acquisition in a competitive delivery market. I handled campaigns focused on installs and user growth — mainly through paid channels. The key was testing different audiences and creatives quickly, then scaling what worked.
Making ads more than just ads
Instead of just running campaigns, I focused on messaging — making sure ads communicate reliability and value clearly. This helped improve adoption and made the brand more competitive in the market.
Turning the delivery fleet into a brand asset
To level up our local visibility, I proposed and executed a full brand takeover for our delivery fleet. We sprayed and wrapped all 13 cars in our distinct brand theme. 🎨 Note : We had a sudden gap between graphic designers right as this needed to happen. Leveraging my past design background, I personally designed all the attached car wraps and visual assets for social media to ensure we didn’t miss our launch window. These attached images in this session are my creations.
Building a Streetwear Brand Community From the Ground Up
Building community, not just followers
The brand wasn’t just about selling — it needed a community. I focused on growing engagement through storytelling, content, and interaction, not just posting products.
Bridging online and offline
We didn’t want the brand to stay only digital. So I helped organize meetups and brand activities to connect with the audience in real life. This strengthened loyalty and made the brand feel more real.
Cross-Experience Strength
Working without perfect conditions
Across most roles, there were always limitations — budget, team, or slow processes. Instead of waiting for ideal conditions, I adjusted:
- Prioritized what actually drives results
- Tested small before scaling
- Took ownership across multiple roles when needed
Turning ideas into execution
In many teams, ideas exist but don’t get executed properly. I usually step in between — making ideas practical and making sure execution has a clear purpose.
